As for your question about where working full time fits in, I would add that in after your children, alongside housework. Although it is something you regularly do, it's rank would still be below God, your husband and your children. I hope that makes sense at all!
i'm not sure but i think if you follow someone it pulls their feed to a google reader....i use bloglines for most of mine, and google reader for who i follow (when i remember to check it lol )
