So I guess the past 2 weeks haven't been a total waste. I do need to pump it up at the gym, though. I need to become the beast that I was a few years ago - working out until my clothes are soaked and sweat is literally dripping from my head. The other day, I got up to the little droplets running down my neck - so I'm getting there. Does anyone else guage their workouts this way, I wonder? LOL
Ok, off to eat my plain grilled cheese on whole wheat bread!

Congrats on the weight loss, take each victory as they come.
If by the end of my workout I'm soaking in sweat, smell, and am all wobbly...I know I did fantastic. :)
